Managing collaborators

Add a collaborator

You can add additional people as collaborators so they can view the dashboard for one of your sites. Some important things to note:

  1. They must have setup an account on illuminatr. They don’t have to pay anything but they need an account they can log in with.
  2. They won’t have access to the settings of your site, only one person can view this. The only thing they will be able to see is your dashboard.

Visit /settings/sites and in the list of sites, click Settings for the site you wish to add the collaborator to.

There is a small form towards the bottom of the page where you can add the email of the collaborator. This must match the email that person has used to setup their account on illuminatr.

That collaborator must log in and visit /settings/sites and from there, they will have the option to accept the invite. Once accepted they will be able to view the dashboard.

Remove a collaborator

Visit /settings/sites and in the list of sites, click Settings for the site you wish to remove the collaborator from.

Click Remove beside the email address of the collaborator you wish to remove and they will no longer have access to your dashboard.
